Gough cleaned my HVAC duct work a week ago and checked my AC. Both techs were professional, friendly and efficient. Great attention to details and extreme care given to our bamboo hardwood floors. What a difference it has made to reducing the dust level in our home. THANKS for a job well done. Far exceeded my expectations.
I called in the morning and the serviceman showed up at noon. Matt diagnosed the problem and unfortunately didn't have the part on his truck so he ordered it.To my surprise I got a call 2 days later and he came out to install the part. I didn't expect it that fast. Fantastic service and a great technician, I highly recommend MATT and gough heating and cooling
I just wanted to take a moment to thank Randy B. of Gough Heating & Air Conditioning for always doing an amazing job for my parents Mary & Jim. Randy always takes the time to listen with his heart to help them . My parents absolutely love Randy . I hope that you will give Randy some kind of incentive so, that he will continue to do his job as it is truly so hard nowadays to find individuals that bend over backwards to help others .
