Rachael is incredible! 10 out of 10 best massage I’ve ever had. As soon as I arrived, Rachael was warm and welcoming. Sat with me to understand my issues and what I wanted her to focus on and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Her space is a really cute and cozy set up that’s very private. I went with the 90-minute massage that includes extra tools and explained I’d like to try cupping but had never done so before. She talked me through what she would do and how it would feel and reassured me that I made a good decision. She addressed all of my areas of concerns and constantly checked in to make sure I was feeling ok and to ask if the pressure was good. No massage therapist has ever been able to target the exact spots I need, however, with Rachael’s mix of massage and stretching, she was able to dig in deep and really get the knots that bother me the most in my neck. I’ll definitely be back for another massage - sooner rather than later!!!
Julie gave me the best facial of my life today! I’ve been traveling a lot for work lately, slacking on my self care & let me tell you, Julie had me feeling the most rejuvenated & refreshed I’ve felt in months; feeling like a million bucks! This guys a joke do not trust him. He gives low bids and doesn't show up for jobs. I took a day off work and I received a text saying he was in a car accident. I believed it at first but after doing my research and looking at other reviews and talking to other customers he does this all the time. He just completely Ghosts people He has no remorse and is a terrible business person. The problem is he does this part time so he doesn't care who he screws over. Supposedly he's a fireman. Scary thought that a person with that career would ask this way. I wish I could give him-10 stars but if I can save one person from being screwed by this guy it will be well worth the time it took to write this review.
Jeff, the boss is so easy to work with, always does what’s agreed too and a bit more. Two of his crew, Zack & Donald, have been working on our 100 yr old church-Our Saviors’s Lutheran in Beloit, Wis. They came early, stayed late, were so professional and caring-you’d think it was their church! They did an awesome job-they obviously take a great deal of pride in what they do-would recommend them to anyone/everyone.

I loved sound therapy with Amber the first time and thought all of my friends should experience it, so I invited her to do sound therapy at my birthday celebration! She is both professional and personable, and she does an exceptional job of helping me achieve the desired look. Ray and his crew are honest,professional and hard working. We had a backed up floor drain that gave us trouble through the years. I was so worried it was going to be something major. They calmed me down and walked me through the whole thing. I am so glad we found these guys. They have great communication skills. I was impressed. The price was great! After our service drop cables burnt and came out of our house, we called Mike and his team. They came out quickly and they definitely showed we were their main priority. I want to thank Matt Nelson of Nelrock Contracting, along with his office manager Samantha plus the team at Nelrock, along with contractors that they use to complete the project on my house. They surpassed all of my expectations. They dealt with my insurance company, submitted all of the paperwork, and correspondence between all parties. Which saved me a bunch of headaches. Matt and Samantha made sure that products used on my house were top notch. My grandfather had his installation done by Bath Planet of Rockford and everything went really smooth. His new barrier free shower makes it easy for him to wheel his walker right into the shower so he can then sit down on the bench seat. Thank you for helping him stay in his home.

We have been rescuing kitty cats for 34 years and have had all that weren't spayed or neutered, taken care of to stop the spread of unwanted kittens and unhealthy Momma cats. Little Kitty is a rescue that took three years to socialize so we could get her in a carrier and get her spayed. Willow Ridge took absolutely wonderful care of Little Kitty and we have never had a cat recover from her spay so quickly, look so good afterward and get back to being a cat so fast! The staff at Willow Ridge is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient with "Cat Parents". If you love your kitty, take it for care to Willow Ridge Animal Hospital - you will be very happy you did!
I moved to Rockford a year ago and this is my new preferred vet clinic. The doctor knows her stuff and really cares about the patient, takes the time to listen to you and examine them to figure out what is going on. Prices are the best in the region, cash or check only, she takes a step by step approach with them instead of loading you up with unnecessary tests. Be aware due to the low cost they are very busy and you will wait, but it is worth it.
Tender Care Dog Grooming is the place for my Puppy after his 1st ever doggy trim he was very cute and she did a fantastic job with his tiny paws and claws...I would highly recommend this talented business lady for their doggy grooming needs.

There are many good massage therapist but it's hard to find one skilled in lymphatic drainage. Alicia is competent and her space is calming. Very nice experience. It's a bit more of a drive than I prefer but Alicia's skill is worth it.
