“I called Tom at Brilliant Home Services on Monday morning knowing I was picking up my new Tesla that evening. He came over that afternoon (in between jobs) to give me an estimate. I had been explaining my busy schedule and he knew I had taken Tuesday off from work. He made arrangements to have a team at my home on Tuesday morning and they were able to get my wall charger installed in no time flat. Cost was a little higher than anticipated because I needed an additional breaker box installed (certainly not Tom’s fault!), but Tom was upfront about all costs; there were no surprises. The team even cleaned up completely when they were finished. By Tuesday afternoon, I had a working Tesla wall charger for my brand new car. I couldn’t have been happier with Tom or his team! “Had this company come to my home for a service call with electrical problem, (lights out in 3 bedrooms along with outside landscaping lights), called and they were at my home in 20 minutes. That in itself is surprising. The owner fixed the problem within 15 or less minutes and didnt charge me a full service call but a VERY modest service charge instead. Other companies charge upward of $150.00 just to come out. I always like family run companys, you cant do better than that. I will always call them again for any problem and will tell friends and family to do the same. Thanks again Norb & Sons“

It was very important to her. They came in, removed it gently and installed it in the new place. They returned to the old place to cap the area the chandelier was removed from so it was not an eye sore.
