Family values and ethics in business are alive and well at Norb & Sons. The workman sent out was always polite. But due to the nature of the job, we had some bumps along the way. Suffice it to say, ultimately the company behaved in a very ethical manner. I hope to give them another try in the future
I was having an issue with my dishwasher circuit and saw that I had power at the circuit breaker but not at the wires going into the appliance. I called Norb and Sons thinking that I had a wiring issue but Tom had me check for a switch I did not know I had which was the cause of the problem, saving me from having to pay for a service visit. I appreciate the honesty and helpfulness and will be calling Norb and Sons for all future electrical work.
