Chris was very helpful.. providing updates on my eyeglasses, pleasant conversation, he even assisted with tightening a pair I had already purchased. I live in Schiller Park, and I drove all the way to Lombard, just because of the excellent customer service experience he provided. I would go there again for glasses.
Chris was super nice, he helped me out with my glasses and told me that reason they might not fit from one side was because I take them off with one hand. Will make sure to take extra care of my glasses! Super helpful and even tighten my glasses for me. Thank you and awesome dude !
Earlier in the year, this place had no help.Went there a couple of times and no one showed up. Called senior management in Jersey and they finally got the person to be at the store. Now comes today, my wife got her glasses repaired right on the spot with the help of Chris, the manager. His customer service is second to none. What a turnaround. We'll be back!
