I was hesitant for years to get our back deck repaired. I spoke to a few contractors and companies, but when Chris came out from Refreshing Renovations, I knew we were in good hands. He was honest about what needed to be done and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. Even better, he was completely willing to work with my budget and be realistic. Chris and his team have been to my home in Naperville multiple times. The most recent project was replacing a pull down ladder from the attic. New ladders are different so they had to cut the drywall and reframe the opening. It looks great. Definitely recommend.
