“I own two sober living homes for men in Springfield. A technician came to my oldest building for a Spring check and informed me that the rooftop a/c unit was 50 - 60 years old. Red flag that it needed replaced. Found out also that part of the duct work was actually made of wood...another red flag. Jamie from HRCO came out and gave me a quote within a few days. I did my due diligence and got 4 other quotes to compare. Two of the quotes were within $100 of HRCO's, two other companies didn't follow through to give me quotes. I awarded the work to HRCO and they were installed within 2 days. My first CWLP bill saved me $150 and the second (September) saved me $100.
