This is truly an amazing vet practice. I've taken all of my critters (dog and cats) to Dr. Ross over the years, and just recently started with Dr. Meranda for my new fur baby, Petunia Jo. From the front desk to the medical staff, this practice truly cares about their clients and parents. My previous dog was very anxious and the practice was excellent in formulating a sedation protocol and so kind in handling his quirks. It made me feel good knowing I wasn't being judged as a parent of an anxious animal. Also, the practice has been great in getting all my pets in on short notice for minor crises. It was great to bring them to a known practice rather than an emergency vet. Overall, I'd recommend them to any pet parent and feel their prices/policies are in line with other competitors in the area.

I was over ten minutes late 14 minutes I was right outside the place was empty and they didn't want to service my sick cat. Horrible service! Place was completely empty!

After second time coming here I don’t think I want to come back.My husbands friend suggested to come here get the rabies shot so we decided to take our German shepherd here.After making the appointment and coming in Zachary told us he was not going to administer the rabies shot because the dog looked stressed.I said well he needs his rabies shot and he said I can’t give him a rabies shot if I can’t do an exam.He prescribed to types of pills to give our dog and rescheduled him for next week.Its very inconvenient to keep bringing a German shepherd to a vet clinic.Its asked if I can’t give hold him and he said we can’t hold him if we administer shots.Its asked think that is such a joke to hear.Today I took him to vetco and they gave all his vaccines and a blood test.You tell who is more convenient!!!!!!I give this place a zero if I could.

This is BY FAR the Best experience i’ve had visiting a veterinary location. The staff is super friendly, they took very good care of my dog Teddy and made him feel very comfortable. The whole process was really fast and easy. I definitely recommend this place to all pet owners. I will definitely be coming back here from now on. Great Service, Great staff, Super Affordable, and all around a great experience!!

If you have $3000 to drop on unnecessary procedures or have pets instead of kids to send to college THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Rude vet, unnecessary medications & exams… the staff was very sweet to our cat but this place is a racket and will nickel and dime you like an unscrupulous mechanic. Also, after giving our cat a shot they THEN told us he could lose his foot from it… as an aside. We thought it might just be odd interpersonal skills, but the bad experience continued from there.

We recently took our extremely anxious dog to Dr. Ross at My Neighborhood Vet for the first time and had the best vet experience we've had in years. He has a pretty intense sedation protocol, and Dr. Ross and team were collaborative and adaptive to his needs. This was the first time our dog was able to receive care from a vet in over 3 years after being away from previous vets. My partner and I feel beyond grateful for Dr. Ross so that we're finally able to get him the care he needs.

The staff is very attentive and kind. The vet technicians and Dr. Ross are great working with my shy cat and taking their time to try and put him at ease before starting any procedures. They were attentive to my questions and offered advice on care.

I brought in Chubby( Dog I have been fostering) for a few months now with what I suspected was an ear infection. I called in and explained my situation. From the first call to their office up until our last visit ( Monday) everyone I have spoken to or has cared for Chubby have been nothing but pleasant. I was very stressed and Anxious because she is reactive to other animals, so I was terrified about bringing her around a setting with other animals. During all her appmnts they have snuck her in and out to avoid any problems which just eases my anxiety. We even received a card in the mail welcoming us which just shows how much they care about their patients. Dr Ross and Staff, Chubby and I thank you :)
