I’ve been coming here for years and truly respect the Doc J.'s care and professionalism. That said, the scheduling system and front desk could use improvement. I’ve experienced wait times over an hour past my appointment, which seems to happen when multiple patients are booked for the same slot. It’s frustrating and adds stress to the visit.
I was especially frustrated during one visit and originally left a crazy review. After reflecting, I wanted to update it to better represent the 10 yrs. experience. This isn’t personal—I value the care I’ve received and I’m sharing this in hopes of improvement.
I had a great experience at this clinic. I would recommend it to everyone. The place is clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. One doctor in particular Dr. Siddiqui very very kind and gives a great service. I would go here again.
