1. Timing: They scheduled the roof replacement balancing both speed and the right temperatures. When the right temperature presented itself, the team completed most of the work within 3 days - very efficient!

Process & Professionalism: The whole process was smooth, from contract drafting/refining/executing, permitting, providing roof samples, visiting the property to oversee the work, etc. The quote was detailed, providing us confidence in the quality of the materials and their work. Mark, the owner, was very patient and answered all my questions about what was to be done. Samples were dropped off, colors were picked and the roof was replaced in a timely manner. Manuel and his crew were very efficient and knowledgable.
