Their technology is on par with any other companies I have seen, but it's the service that makes a difference. What a relief to have a local company that you can call and speak to a live person who actually "gets it." Becoming rarer and rarer these days. I do wish that when I discussed the emergency call options with the dispatcher, she had told me that if I needed a part, they wouldn’t be able to get it until Monday. I would have waited rather than incur the unnecessary expense of an emergency call that accomplished nothing.
