I had been with my insurance agency for many years and was looking for a way to explore other options. I contacted Chris at R Hobbs and after reviewing my needs Chris was able to quickly offer options and made switching to (and saving a considerable amount of money) so easy. I am so glad that I picked up the phone and called R Hobbs!
Whenever I have a problem or need help, Chris or Lynn have come through. Several years ago, I began traveling a lot to care for my dad with dementia. One trip I was at the rental car counter looking at a big insurance charge. On a whim, I called Chris, and even though it was in the evening, he answered, and immediately upgraded me from liability to full coverage, saving me a lot of money. When I bought my first home two years ago, Chris patiently helped me understand what coverage I needed. Most recently, I realized I couldn't find my car insurance card and Lynn sent it in the mail in a handy holder within a few days. So thankful I was referred to them!
