I came in for a pedicure while visiting the area. The experience was great, the salon is nice, friendly and clean. I selected regular polish and it has lasted a couple weeks till my next pedicure. No chips. Nice neighborhood place.
I love this salon! Suzie does a great job and I always love my nails. However, this review is about the inconsistency in pricing.
I just had no chip mani done by a different person because Suzie was off. My nails look great and I loved the service, but during this visit I was charged more than the last time I was here (which was only about 2 weeks ago). I believe the nail technician assumed that I did my nails elsewhere and charged me for taking off the no chip nail polish (which was done at Joli’s). That is unfortunate, and although I really like the salon, the lack of transparency was disappointing.
They have the best gel French manicure, the quality and attention to detail are amazing. The salon is very clean, prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and professional. My nails always last weeks without chipping, and the experience is always consistent. Highly recommend!
