We love our eight new windows (installed over two easy half days) and we love the price we paid for them—at least a third less than a bigger company quoted us. Work was done satisfactorily until a piece of siding started to rot and the response was: it must be a pesticide? We don’t use exterminators! No further contact after numerous attempts to contact them. Customer service is none existent. You can’t tell me the siding just rots after two years.

We've had Rebel Exteriors replace our windows a couple years ago and we were very pleased with their service so we called them back about our roof. Lukas was very knowledgeable and helped us get approved for a free roof replacement through our insurance. Once again, couldn't be happier about our choice! Very professional and fair prices.

This isn't a review of their work, but the behavior of two employees at a Japanese marketplace today. Sadly, I had to overhear their rude and derogatory conversation. Problem is, when you wear company apparel, you represent them even outside of the job site. These two employees pulled their masks down after passing the security guard at the door. And even ridiculed those that wear masks. Know this. If you hire rebel exteriors, these are the people working in your home.

Used this company twice over the last few years to replace a front door and kitchen window. Most pleased with their efficiency and communication, both jobs took maybe two hours give or take and you would never know they were here. Was not in a hurry for either project but from initial estimate to availability of materials was only a couple weeks at most. Prices are comparable to the market, will recommend and use in the future for sure.
