I had an amazing experience with Helen at Raydiant Skin in Libertyville. She is professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about both skin and overall wellbeing. I had the Diamond Glow facial, and she did a fantastic job—it left my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing.
Helen was especially thoughtful and accommodating toward sensory sensitivities. She used a firm touch when appropriate, and would gently touch my shoulders to alert me before moving between steps of the facial. Her presence is very calming and relaxing, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and soothing.
She was highly communicative throughout the session, encouraging me to speak up if there was anything I didn’t like. I also really appreciated how considerate she was about personal space, always asking for permission before entering close proximity.
