I was very satisfied with my experience with PODS and their team. Robert Reyes, in Libertyville, IL was so friendly and customer focused when he dropped off my POD. He was communicative throughout the process and made sure everything was ready to go prior to departing.

The POD was delivered quickly after ordering. The driver that dropped it off expertly placed it on our driveway to allow passage and parking by other vehicles. The POD was picked up in the two day window after calling in the order. The POD served us very well to store valuable objects safely and cleanly while the garage space was used by the contractor for messy tasks. We would use the service again and will spread the word.

Robert was an absolute lifesaver! I was at the PODS location in Libertyville and completely stressed because I had lost the key to my lock. He noticed me struggling and kindly stepped in to help. When I realized bolt cutters wouldn’t work, he actually helped saw the lock open so I could replace it with a new one. I’m so thankful he took the time to stop, notice, and lend a hand — truly went above and beyond to help a stranger in need!
