I recently had a front and rear dash camera installed by Perfect Soundz in Libertyville, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience.
The two gentlemen who helped me were absolutely fantastic. They were on time, professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me. The installation was clean, neat, and looked like it came from the factory.
What stood out most was their customer service. It's becoming harder to find companies that genuinely care about their customers, but these guys went above and beyond. They answered all of my questions, made sure I was comfortable with the system, and treated me with respect throughout the process.
I just had to share what an absolutely fantastic experience I had with Perfect Soundz today! I was trying to get my son's dashcam sorted, and honestly, I felt a bit out of my depth. But the two gentlemen there was incredibly understanding and patient every step of the way, which I really appreciated.
