Bruce went above and beyond when i asked him to take a look at a crack in the crossbar of my boat trailer. His price was very reasonable when compared to other competitors and most importantly he acted with integrity and professionalism throughout the entire process. I highly recommend LBM for trailer service and maintenance needs.
Picture this : You’re traveling around the country following a race series. Your team and car are in the #1 spot for their championship, and then you break down 2 hours from the track you are racing at the Next morning. Not to mention you need to get back to Maryland after the race.
That is what happened to us, but luckily I broke down close to LBM. Not only did they have all the parts I needed but he was super helpful on bandaging the trailer together with me to help us get to Road America.
We ended up winning our race that weekend , and the trailer made it all the way back to Maryland.
