Eric and Jack are an amazing team!
They first remodeled and upgraded our master bath. We were so pleased a year later we asked to remodel our kitchen/family room. We are thrilled with the result and are 110% happy with all their work! They are very skilled, easy to communicate with, and take time to review progress. They politely accept questions, input and even late changes. In short, they are the best contractors we have ever hired in our 40+ years living here or anywhere!
We have worked with Optimum Construction for over 10 years. They have worked on two homes for us. 4 bathrooms, two kitchens and a number of overall room rehabs. Most recently a lower level rehab that came out great. We have always found Eric and Jack to be very reliable and solid rehabers. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation. Good guys who care about the final outcome, not just on doing the job. Glad to be a reference for anyone who wants to be assured they can do a great job for you.
