If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax this is the spot for you. The ladies were calm and friendly. I got a mani pedi and it was $60 - very decent price for what you get. The massage chairs are unique here and they put in effort when massaging your legs. They don’t have a ton of color choices so maybe bring your own.

I am big on customer service when it comes to where I am spending my hard earned money and this establishment lacked good service. No greeting when entering and entering the staff seemed less than pleased that I was there to be serviced.
The place looks cute and aesthetically pleasing with the pink decor.
The tech did not cover her mouth when coughing while doing my toes and I thought that was disgusting. No one was friendly to me my entire visit at this place. The staff member was very passive aggressive when speaking to me. On top of the terrible service, the pedicure was rushed and NOT done with care. I should have turned around as soon as I came. I will not he returning to this establishment.

I have been good to Luminous in Libertyville for a year now. I have been getting my nails done for almost 20 years and I have been to many different nail salons so I can confidently say that I know about good and bad services and I am very picky!!! Nomi does my nails and I absolutely love it! They look so good and delicate and they last so long which I think was what sold them because I have a toddler and a newborn and not a lot of time to spare. About the “weird” vibes, I honestly don’t feel that. It is a very quiet place. Not the salon where you’ll go and chat with the person in front of you. For me personally that’s what I want… quietness and relaxation away from a hectic house with my two littles. I would definitely recommend!

Omg. Best nails salon ever!! The staff is so nice. It was so relaxing. They took their time didn’t rush my pedicure or hands. I got extensions and they feel so light and natural look great I love the girls and the owner so polite nice so very accommodating…. Would recommend to everyone. Ij just loved it from Start to finish ♥️♥️
