I had taken appointment through online app with Michelle. She knows her job well however she judges you by your skin color whether her services are affordable for you or not. I was really disappointed by this attitude and definitely they have lost an old customer.

This place is a rip off. Not only that I wanted layers and she literally gave me a mullet cut. Everything is so uneven.Will never be stepping back in that place again.

The staff at this location are respectful and courteous. I have selected walk-in for my daughters and was pleased. But if you're looking for a new stylist, book an appointment with Theresa. She is polite, pleasant and provides just the right level of conversation, I'm not a chatty cathy. She takes her time and asks questions making sure I leave the salon satisfied. I won't go to any other stylist.

My first visit to Hair Cuttery coming from a competitive salon and I found this shop and the person who took care of me to Be professional, her name is Theresa my Experience was 5 Star no question about it. I would highly recommend both her and the Shop to friends and Family. I will return, she Did a perfect hair cut far better than the Last shop I visited.

Brought my daughter in today for a cut and they said to come back in an hour. We came back only to wait another 30 minutes then we asked a stylist how much longer it would take. She said one other person and I asked her if it would take another 30 minutes, she completely ignored me and called on the next customer by her name. She did it callously and in front of my child. We had been there several times before but unfortunately no longer. Well be going to a more upscale salon. Very unfortunate.

Walked in to get a hair cut. I told the girl I wanted shoulder length and lots of layers. I walked out with my hair chopped. My hair is really short in the back and the sides are longer. I will not be goin there again.
