Had knee surgery here. Slow response times by nurses & techs. It appears they are understaffed and some of the attitudes are unbecoming of medical personnel because the are overwhelmed or over worked.

Condell provides substandard medical care. My father in law was hospitalized recently at this facility. Used rubber glove and dirty swab on the floor of hospital room with alarm going off. I nicely asked two of the nurses sitting just outside his room to please come in given the alarm going off and the one rolled her eyes while the other one walked away. 30 minutes later someone stating they were the patients nurse came in. They were unable to tell me or my wife who holds power of attorney for the patient what they were treating my families member for, no diagnosis, no discharge plan and no pain management protocol. Their excuse was, "He sleeps a lot." I said I walked in and asked him if he's in pain and he said yea all over. My wife and I asked for more information and were told the physicians in the unit were contract physicians and we should contact their supervising authority which was never provided to us. A few days into the hospitalization we weee notified that the physician was changed. The hospital kept him for days without a treatment plan because he had good insurance. This place needs to be investigated. We made a written complaint and just today we received a copy and pasted letter stating our concerns were reviewed and the matter is "settled." No one should ever go to this horrible facility. Please go anywhere else.

poor communication among staff created much confusion to the patient. let patient sit in filth for days and didn't give or offer a bath. each lead gave patient instructions only to be contradicted when the next attendant checked in. the staff that helps nurses were unapproachable and didn't follow instructions on board. the nurse reiterated instructions verbally in front of us and she said no, she's only going to do half the work, then the nurse reiterated bare minimum was mandatory for surgery prep. what a shame.

It used to be they took the most serious people first!! This girl was crying because of the pain she was in. No one else including my daughter was in this much pain!!! The workers went about there business like nothing was happening!! These people ARE NOT HUMAN!! this young girl sat here an hour! In so much pain crying, the ignorant in take worker even yelled at her boyfriend because he questioned what was taking so long!!! WHO HIRES THESE NON HUMANS???

I waited 3 hours to be seen by anyone while I'm bleeding through my shirt. When I'm finally seen I'm told the best they can do is give me a bandaid then send me on my way but not before charging me $150 for something I could have done myself. Don't come here if you actually want medical attention.

For years, this hospital used to be the best around. Within the last 3 to 5 years, it has taken a dump to the dark side, no service. Seems like nobody cares anymore.

WORST provider services in the area. From the ER to basic care, to diagnostic services.....the service level at this hospital is the worst I've experienced. Rude customer service fr basic scheduling to intake level to providers. Strongly recommend going elsewhere if you need care.

I have been sitting in a room in the ED for three plus hours and have seen the doctor over an hour ago and a nurse to draw more blood as the only ones that whole time. No call button and since I'm at the end of the hall out of sight and out of mind. I'm thirsty and have to pee but I'm hooked up to EKG leads. Do I just unhook everything and take care of myself or wait for their obviously uncaring staff to come in? I could probably get dressed and leave and no one would notice. What the heck is their nurse to patient ratio. If I were really sick I would be in trouble at this ED. Go somewhere else if you want caring nurses or staff.

My mom was here from ICU to a regular room and I got to tell you every single person every single meal every single nurse every single doctor absolutely wonderful everybody was so kind and fabulous. We've been here nine days and it's been a great experience. Highly recommend I don't know why it had a rating. It's definitely a brand new facilities. Everything is gorgeous.

The worst experience ever! Came with a huge pain bleeding, still sitting in the hall to be seen for over 4 hours. Being here since 11:30pm , not it is 3:30am - stI'll nothing! Front desk stating there is no room available, but they accepted patients who came after us! Don't come here!!!
