My friend referred me to Black Cat Yoga Studio and now it's my favorite. The instructors are very attentive and devoted to the class, they guides one with proper instructions, even walks up to correct one's posture/pose during the class. Yoga mats, blocks, weights, straps, bolsters and other yoga tools are available.

I just went for my first class and loved it! The instructor was great. The facilities were clean and comfortable and had lots of equipment (mats, blocks, blankets) available for use. Not intimidating at all for a new attendee and the teacher was great about giving modifications for various skill levels. They also have great pricing options for new students and a variety of different size class packages/rates.
My only suggestion would be to move the instructor to a riser so everyone can see - or even to the middle of the room.

So happy to have found this Yoga studio! After doing the 3 week trial (with little to no yoga experience) I ended up signing up for an unlimited membership and it is the best investment. The prices are very reasonable & worth it. The studio is clean & inviting, and all the instructors are wonderful. Their classes are great for every level- you never feel left behind as a beginner. I love that every class is a little different & incorporates many different aspects of wellness. BCY has quickly become one of my favorite places & somewhere that I always look forward to spending time at! 10/10 recommend.
