This place is closed! Husband just tried to go for an appointment that he’s had scheduled since last year and the office is packed up with a note on the door, locked. They didn’t bother to call any patients with pending appointments. He called the number and the woman said they’d call him back to reschedule but based on these other recent reviews, I doubt that will happen. Submitted note to Google to mark this place closed.

Since November, 2024 I have been trying to speak with the doctor who advised me after two Sleep studies, that I have sleep apnea. I was fitted for a CPAP mask and was told that they would order the machine. I have not received any machine and was scheduled an appointment to show up and be told there is No doctors in the office. I have called more than five times only to be told that they will call me back but they don't. It’s now almost three months later and still no return phone call. This place has very bad patient care service and if a persons life depended on them to keep you alive good luck you’re better off going to the county health department. The irony of this place is that they tell you that they are waiting for the insurance company to approve the PA and when you call the insurance company to follow up only to find out that they never received the PA request ever for the CPAP machine.There should be an investigation on this practice.

6 months to try to get follow up on a sleep study is insanity. Getting a call back from staff is apparently impossible. Very disappointed in the “care” from this facility.

Horrifically disappointed with my visit. Dr.sallam is your average arrogant man of a "Dr".I came in with a simple irritated throat you could see an enlarged red polyp and white/yellow coloring where the tonsils would be (if I had them) and down the throat. Though it was obvious some type of viral or bacterial was going on. He suggested the feeling was "anxiety" and "allergies" both of which I've never struggled with. Needless to say after a second opinion it was infact strep throat. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOU

Very arrogant doctor. Was told that an irritated throat that very obviously had white spots all over was anxiety and allergies. Second opinion diagnosed strep throat. Talked down to me when I had a question and had no personal skills. Don’t waste your time or money seeing this arrogant man.
