“I moved to Lemont around 3 years ago and needed to find a new dentist. I don’t remember exactly my first time here but I am glad I was able to find this dentist and her very kind/helpful staff. I have been able to been seen and worked on within 48 hours for a few ‘dental emergencies’. A cracked muller, and a bottom retainer that chipped off (the ones mounted on after you have braces removed. The retainer was not installed here). Most doctor offices do not squeeze you in as soon as they do here and they make your emergencies feel like a top priority which makes me feel comfortable calling in a panic, lol.
The office atmosphere itself is very nice, clean, and inviting.
The front desk lady is always very kind and has great service on the phone.
Lastly, for services being performed, you aren’t glued into the chair for 27,827 hours while work is being done. Very quick and painless.

“In my 56 years on the planet, I’ve visited quite a few dentists. Without a doubt, Dr. Mastrud and his staff are the most caring, understanding and professional dental practitioners I’ve ever encountered. From opening his office for an unexpected dental emergency on his day off, to resolving insurance issues that other dental offices would likely have said « so sorry, but we can’t do anything to help », to being thorough enough to notice things that required additional follow up with a physician that others would likely have missed, this office is unmatched.
Dr Mastrud CLEARLY loves what he does. From my point of view I think he sees his work as a passion, not a job. It’s rare to find individuals who feel and act this way, but how lucky it is when you do! You just want to let everyone know.
I simply don’t write reviews: I think this is my first - but in his case I felt compelled to write this based on the depth of my positive experience with this group.

“I am not one to go to the dentist but medication I started taking has a side effect of large cavities. I had the most beautiful smile and after a year of meds my smile became grey and painful. Dr. Stuffel was so understanding and even read up on my disorder to set me at ease that he knew the pain I am in from the smallest procedures. Dr stoffel eased my nerves and talked with me until we worked up to the necessary root canal and teeth extractions I really needed. We are know working on crowns, a partial and fixing the new cavities that continues to happen from the medication side effect. I hated the dentist and literally had not gone in a decade before being referred to Dr stoffel. I will absolutely seek no other dentist. He is kind and willing to ease your nerves no matter how nervous you may be. The staff is ease going and kind as well. No attitudes that would upset anyone. I know it sounds odd because customer service has gone downhill but this office is the BEST!!“
