Roots did an outstanding job with the flowers for my mother in law’s service, including a last minute arrangement when I realized the afternoon before that we didn’t have flowers for the memorial/picture table. I’m pretty peculiar (read: picky and not easily impressed) so I was skeptical but the funeral director put Bill on the phone and he intently listened to my vision and let me tell you, he DELIVERED. The arrangement had that perfect “English garden” feel to it that I wanted, and I actually ended up using the arrangement as inspiration for some of the planting we did in front of the house this season. The other arrangements were also wonderful.

Bil at Roots is by far the best florist around. He truly listened to our requests for daffodils and tulips (grandma’s favorites) to be included in the flower arrangement for my grandmother’s funeral service. The arrangement exceeded our family’s expectations by far. The time and care that was implemented in all of the arrangements that were sent and displayed made such a beautiful and peaceful final tribute to my grandmother and for our family. Thank you Bil for caring so much when it truly counts. We appreciate you. #shoplocal

I ordered these for my sisters birthday. Paid extra to be delivered Sunday. no problem. IN TAKING MY MONEY. finally while tracking i get cant be delivered . Charged me all kinds of handling charges $35,90 flowers with balloon ended up being $66.80 and only half the purple flowers LIve and Learn
