Did the 5:30 am hot yoga class. Loved it. The space was open and clean. Kind class members. Instructor was welcoming and positive. I would recommend trying if you have a little bit of yoga experience but want to step up your practice.

Derek was recommended to me. If I ever needed a lawyer again, I would hire him. I hired him for my divorce process in 2022 when that process was started. It was not cheap, but it was a contested divorce and good lawyers are not cheap. He did prevent me from walking away From everything since my ex-husband had me so manipulated, I believed everything my ex said. Very knowledgeable and into the point. I do recommend him for others if they need a divorce lawyer or any lawyer for that matter
Highly recommend B&E for AC installation. Had an AC unit installed terribly from a previous installer and they put a 4ton AC unit on my home with a duct system designed for a 3 ton unit. For the past 5 years we dealt with compressor issues and AC not getting below 82 every summer not knowing it was due to the wrong size unit for my home. Adam from B&E gave us an estimate and explained the best solution was to replace with a 3 ton system since the bigger unit was causing issues. Just finished the new unit today and happy to say it is 76 in my home. Added a minisplit its cooler than it's ever been. Big thanks to Adam and the team from B&E for a quick and professional install.
