She stayed on the phone with me for about 30 minutes, walking me through everything I needed to know. She explained their services clearly, but also reassured me that I was already doing everything right. It really stood out that she genuinely wanted to help rather than just make a sale. She took the time to comfort me even though she wasn’t gaining anything from the call. I truly appreciate her honesty and care, and I’ll definitely reach out to them again if I ever have another issue or need advice!“
