The company was very responsive, however , there was a hiccup when the person scheduled a technician to come between 12-2pm. No one showed up so I called the company. There was an error made when the scheduler incorrectly scheduled the wrong person for the job. Once the mistake was realized they added us back on and a tech still came out same day. They were very apologetic about the error, and were upfront about the mistake. I was due to head out of state that afternoon, which I had to make other arrangements for someone else to be there. Other than that, I was told the technician was polite, professional, and did what was needed to be done. Our ant issue was gone the...read full review
