I've left them 4-5 voicemails to ask to make an appointment and they have not called me back. I've been calling them for the past two weeks since I'm a new patient. Very disappointed.

I will not even think rating them. This is a fraud business. I had appointment with VSD for removing a broken tooth. The first think they did, take my ID and Insurance ID to check my coverage from my Insurance. Which is good because I had $2000 benefit. Anyway They took 2 X-Rays and start planing for $30000 procedure. I told them that I will seek 2nd opinion. Now instead of billing to my insurance they ask me to pay $81 and I paid that which was my mistake. After that I consulted another dentist. He pulled the tooth and made the bridge for $1276. He got full amount from my insurance because they knew their job well. They were honest not fraud. After about a year I got... read full review

I agree with other reviewer. their Xray machine/technique is like 1980's. i have never before done tooth X-ray that requires 24 pics of individual X-ray. and it made me gag. the lady changed it to something else after she realized i was to throw up on her! and then came the dentist who tried to rip me off. telling me she can't do simple cleaning and i will have to do some deep cleaning and pay 250$ out of pocket. i walkout out of there straight and refused to pay 250$. got simple cleaning done elsewhere and insurance paid 100%
