Absolutely the worst dry cleaner in Lake Zurich. Ruined four pairs of pants with incorrect pressing. Took and “tried to fix” two additional times. Still crease issues and tried to pass it off as they are fixed. Poor product. Poor process and poor management. Awful.

i can't tell how bad my experience was with them. Gave them 2 blazers white and a light pink, both were ruined. Didn't bother to call me, found out when my husband went to pick our order up. The owner's answer was just go buy another one. This was 3 days before my granddaughter's wedding. Just went to wear a sweater that was cleaned at the same time and a spot on it.Don't use them.

I don’t recommend this business to anyone. It is close to my house and I decided to try it without even checking other people reviews. I brought my sons white dress shirt, after him wearing it is only once ($50.00 one). Besides not even cleaning it well they put very strange (like from oil) spots on one sleeve. I told the owner that those spots weren’t there, but her answer just was: “We will try to clean it again.” After trying three more times the spots are still there. I explained to her that I need to throw that shirt away, but I am not asking for to compensate the price I paid. I just asked to return $7.00 I paid for cleaning.
