The people at this location are super nice. My dog has allergies and anxiety, they ensure he is comfortable and will use my prescription shampoo for him. We have been coming to the Lake Zurich Petco for grooming for 5 years now.
Vicky is THE BEST dog groomer!! When she relocated to the Lake Zurich Petco store from Highland Park, I chose to drive an extra half hour each way (which is 2 hours total on grooming day) just to stay with her. Also, the person at the register and all the staff are always so helpful. Thank you!
We have been to many Petco locations near and around Arlington Heights for grooming. Victoria at Lake Zurich Petco Grooming was able to make our Bernedoodle look like a brand new pup! It was the first time she came out of the groomer looking perfectly as described. Thank you, Victoria, for your skill, expertise, professionalism and personability!
