I WORKED WITH MIKE FOR APPLIANCES AND VLAD FOR HVAC AND THEY WERE EXCELLENT!!!! THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING EASY AND CLEAR SO THAT YOU UNDERSTAND WHATS GOING ON WITH THE PROBLEM. THANK YOU GUYS!!!
JT was very responsive after my home warranty service request was submitted on a Friday, I believe. They called me within 24 hours and were able to setup service for that coming Monday. My AC was not cooling sufficiently. Eugene hasdbeen to my home before over the years. He is GREAT to work with...very easy going, knowledgeable, helpful, explains and shows you things, etc. Very glad that JT Services is who my home warranty company has partnered with. I would highly recommend JT Services and specifically Eugene.
