Dr. Lender is wonderful! If you need a chiropractor who listens to you patiently and then do the diagnosis, then Dr. Lender is the right person. She is very knowledgeable and relieved me of my chronic pain and discomfort. She has convenient appointments, easy to schedule and the office is right here in downtown Lake Zurich. I would recommend her to my friends and family confidently! ❤️
Went to Dr lender for almost 10 years. Unfortunately had to stop treatment due to the receptionists who do her booking and billing. I received the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, and the issue is still unresolved. Aside from the issues I have had personally, a large problem is that the booking and billing is done at a completely different office and the system makes no sense in general. It's not worth the hassle so I am currently seeking treatment elsewhere, and much happier for it.
