My PC would not open digital photos (DSC or jpg) or Word files. I scheduled an on site visit, Karthik kept me informed and arrived at the scheduled time. He sat down and worked magic with the keyboard, then the PC started to work properly. I am thrilled with his knowledge and very glad he is willing to come to the problem PC.
Made my PC build so much easier!! I purchased all new parts for my PC and after I installed it, PC wouldn't start up anymore. After a week I called here and a guy came out in about 15min he found the problem I had seated something incorrectly and boom it was up and going they stayed a bit extra to make sure each part was running and intended.
