I had Basement Flood Protector out to my home in the spring of 2024 for a major waterproofing job on my personal residence. The job involved a full interior drain tile system and exterior dig/waterproofing on 2 sides of my home. I waited 2 summers before writing this review because the effectiveness of their work can really only be gauged over time. This week, we had torrential amounts of downpour that went on all night. Prior to the waterproofing, my basement would have had water seeping in from the block foundation walls, back basement door, and up through the cracks in my slab. I'm happy to report that my basement stayed completely dry.

I’ve been using their services for years, and I’ve always been impressed by their quality work, solid pricing, and very professional service. They recently replaced my sump pump, and I never felt like they were padding the services. They were honest and upfront about everything.
Basement Flood Protector truly is a first class company. I had a foundation crack repaired by Roger & Ryan, and I truly appreciate their professionalism, timeliness, and commitment to quality. They clearly explained the scope of the work, completed it within the estimated timeframe, and left the workspace very tidy once done. I look forward to working with BFP again in the near future!
