Wonderful service- great pricing.
Resolved a ongoing headaches issue having to do with past eyewear. Walked me through frames that would help alleviate headaches and eye strain . Had knowledge of the type of lens i should purchase.
Also Dr. was informative and gave great advice on allergies and types of products that are safe for contacts. Learned a few new things that would help dry eyes.
I went in to get a contact and eye exam and had an excellent experience. I was very pleased with Katie at the Lake Zurich store. She helped me pick out both pairs of my glasses. I was looking for a more youthful and trendier pair and she was awesome in assisting me. I sometimes have difficulty making a decision and she was super helpful and efficient. I was able to get my eyes examined and pick glasses in record time! Friendly and efficient experience thanks to Katie!
The staff and Americans best in Lake Zürich was more than accommodating for quickly getting me in to have an eye vision check to order my contacts that I was in desperate need of as my prescription expired and I could not order any new ones. The store manager, Cannon, was more than helpful To accommodate my urgent need for my contact lenses renewal. I got an appointment within 12 hours from when I called the store. I saw Dr. David Who actually helped addressed a vision issue That I attributed to just aging and may need readers for computer work.
