You get negative vibe right when you walk in. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The front desk and doctors have to be the worst in the industry. Had an Asian doctor come out and talk to me about my dogs test results. Ridiculously rude. Unprofessional and gave me conflicting information from the other vet at the same place. Stay far away. Nothing about this place is good.

Clean place with great vets!

Not an honest vet. Joe Lim talked down to me, charged me for tests that they never sent out and then lied about the results. I recommend going to Companion in Lake Zurich or another vet you choose but definitely not this one.

My wife and I have been taking our Cavalier to Dr. Jay Nordstrom and team from the time she was 8 weeks old. As true with a lot of Cavaliers, ours has a heart murmur from birth due to mitral valve disease, and usually dogs with her condition are not expected to get older than 10.
So we did not expect our baby to last longer than that. There have been numerous situations where we thought we are loosing her but Jay and his team refused to give up on her. Today, we are happy to report that 4 months ago we celebrated her 13th birthday. We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Nordstrom and this place. They are God-sent! Very grateful! Jake and Lena

I was today with my german shepherd, Buddy for the first time at this clinic Dr. Jessica Manassa attended my reactive dog male , 4 year old. We are so grateful for the attention that she brings to us. The nurse that acompaniat the Dr. Jessica was very nice and helpful to. I Highly recommend this facility, for people that have big and reactive dogs.

Dr Lim is the best!

We love Dr Lim at All Creatures! He is kind, personable, knowledgable and truly listens to his fur clients and their owners concerns. We never feel rushed and can have a great conversation with Dr Lim. He feels like a friend that happens to be a vet with lots of expertise to share.

I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the treatment we received at All Creatures Animal Hospital. My dog, who had been a regular patient here, was dying, and despite our long history with this clinic, they had no availability to see him. Thankfully, another local hospital was able to help us the same day. The fact that All Creatures couldn’t make room for a dying pet they had treated for years is shameful and shows a complete lack of compassion.

Additionally, we were completely misled during the scheduling of our initial appointment. They failed to inform us of the full procedure required, and had we known all the details, we might have chosen a different provider. At first, they claimed the requirement was due to the law, but later admitted it was merely their policy. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable.

To add insult to injury, we were told that for our second visit, there would be no exam fee—only a charge for vaccinations. Yet, we were still hit with an exam fee. This place is nothing more than a money grab, operating like a shady mechanic shop that keeps piling on hidden costs.

Overall, this clinic is not about the well-being of your pets; it’s all about the money. I would never recommend All Creatures Animal Hospital to anyone.

Attentive, interested, and extremely professional vet practice. I have now trusted 3 dogs (2 Labradors and 1 Cavalier King Charles) - and they take a very holistic view of the care of your pet. Even sometimes, when it is an end of life care situation. You and your best friend are in very capable hands with these folks.

The staff and Dr. Lim are good people. Always have a positive experience.
