In my opinion the technician Greg is outstanding! He is professional, friendly, a hard worker, very knowledgeable and experienced, and takes the time to explain things. We called, and someone came to our house within an hour. Eric explained why our unit needs to be replaced, and he charged the current system so that we would have some cooling while waiting for a new system.
