When I got up to check it out, I found out that he never caulked around the base of the window to seal it. He promised to come back out and fix it, but the day came and went. They stripped everything down to the deck and put a whole new roof on .Not a layer over -actual full tear off, which is what we were after .The shingles came out looking really good ,nice and straight along the edges and tight around the vents.Exactly the king of job we were hoping for when we went this route instead of just slapping new shingles on top of the old ones.
