Very unprofessional handling of financials. We have OT therapy with The Therapy Tree. Loved the therapist. It was an In-network provider with UHC. Having chose to start Psychotherapy, were referred to a therapist at the same group and clinic. They confirmed having verified benefits but we were never told the individual was out-of-network. A year pass and we were no longer using the service. Out of pocket bills started coming and showing the insurance was not paying them. Called the insurance and was told that they were going to reprocess the claims. A week after calling the insurance all claims were reprocessed, now as out of network leaving me with a ridiculous OOP bill to pay. I’ll never again use The Therapy Tree and will not recommend to anyone.

Providers can be hit or miss (we've had two great providers and one horrible communicator). Billing is an absolute DISASTER. Excuse after excuse....issues are NEVER FIXED. If unorganized billing stresses you, look elsewhere.

We have utilized multiple services here over the years. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

We took our daughter here when she was three months old (only place my insurance would cover)... well we never went back and would not recommend. The speech/feeding therapist we saw was all doom and gloom saying our daughter should have had tongue tie surgery and that she might not be able to eat with a spoon easily when it came time for that and that she might have speech issues etc... it also took almost two whole weeks for them to contact me back and book an appointment after i left multiple messages. And to top it all off the speech/feeding therapist said she would personally contact our ENT doctor and discuss more in detail with him and then get back to us. Well you probably could have guessed it: she never ever got back to us and i dont even think she took the time to reach out. I left feeling freaked out about something i should have never been worried about. I personally contacted our pediatric ENT doctor for assurance and our daughter is now a year old with no issues eating, drinking, swallowing, or speech wise. Even if i needed to take her to a speech therapist down the road i would pay out pocket to go anywhere else!

Love Chelsea. She is great with my son even when doesnt act so great. Would of given 5 stars but the office manager, owner, or whomever she is has an attitude problem.

I have taken my daughter here to get speech therapy (she is 2.5 years old). We see Ms. Jenny. She has been so nice and really amazing with my daughter!

Nice group trying to help folks deal. I've dealt with a couple of therapists through here and have been happy.

We’ve had pretty good experience with Laura working on the toughest modality with my son. Therapist is detailed describing how the session goes, and always responds back with questions I may have. In 3 months, my son is clearly comfortable going to this new clinic and looks forward to seeing Laura.
