This is an issue regarding a listed luxury apartment address: 857 Sanctuary Dr, Apt 302A Lake Villa, IL 60046. I have not received any keys to be able to even attempt to reside in this apartment. I've made multiple multiple attempts to resolve this issue with Gary Buschman (owner of Sanctuary of Lake Villa Luxury Apartments) peacefully. I have email and phone records to prove this point. Gary is seriously so unprofessional and truly only cares for his money and that’s all. DO NOT recommend trying to do business with him, or taking part of his company. He’s an embarrassment.

I used to own a home built by those two horrible brothers. Not only the house, as many others, turned out to be lemons, but dealing with them, especially Gary, was a talk with a guy with emotional unresolved problems. He insulted, threatened, and hang up on people. There is something really wrong with them. Thank God, I moved to a home built by Pulte, better builders and persons. Stay landlords, Buschmans!
