I recently needed a new roof on my house. I asked around for recommendations and was told to contact Lakeland Exteriors in Lake Villa. A spoke with a very knowledgeable sales representative by the name of Brian who showed me all my options and suggested a product that made my house look new again. Before the crew left , they walked around my house picking up all the remaining trash, paper, and nails. Three of my neighbors were also impressed with Lakeland's work and had their roofs replaced. I’m very impressed by Lakeland Exteriors’ commitment to their customers, no matter the size of the project. Last Saturday, Derik and his crew were clearly very busy, but they still made time to come to our house around 7 PM to fix a roof flashing issue. Their professionalism, dedication, and responsiveness really stood out. Highly recommend them!

We contacted Lakeland Exteriors out of Lake Villa due to a roof leak. During the site visit Derek (Lakeland) and I discussed the leak issues and my idea of replacing two gutters plus rerouting two downspouts to ground level that were draining water onto lower roof lines. They supplied a professional quote that was very reasonably priced so we decided to have all of the work quoted completed. The day of work Derek and two others showed up 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time to discuss the plan for the day. To address the leak they pulled off 4’ of facia and found missing flashing, also when they replace the gutter they slid the end flap of the gutter under the shingle above so all water running off of the shingle now runs into the gutter, the original gutter was not set up this way so water was running under it. We have now had two rains with no leaks, we are keeping our fingers crossed. I had some very specific requests related to the downspouts and all work was completed as requested. A+ service and everything looks fantastic, if the need arises they will be the first people I call for future work.

The installers were quick and clean, my three skylights are finally safe and sound and no more leaks! I can't thank them enough for the peace of mind we have now. They were kind and patient, and had quite a day! Thank you so much!!!

We had Sean from Lakeland help us out through the whole process. We had other two companies come to our home and told us that they were not going to be able to help us fight out insurance. When Sean arrived at all times, he was very honest and professional. He help us fight our insurance and won the case, our insurance pay for a new roof and also help us with a gutter that was back pitch and causing a leak inside our home. Before they left our home it was super clean, they made sure no debris was left behind. It look like nothing happened. Thank you again Sean and Lakeland for all your help. I recommend them 100%

We are pleased and impressed with Lakeland Exteriors & Roofing. Excellent crew, we have a large ranch that had some existing structural issues that other contractors had not been able to fix. Lakeland not only fixed what was wrong, but they did it while keeping us posted every step of the way. And the finished product was done in 2 days with their 8-10 person crew who worked non-stop, cleaning up as they worked. Their pricing is fair, their communication excellent, and we now have 50 year shingles, amazing warranties, and a beautiful new roof! We highly recommend them.

Hi everyone, I was looking roofing company for my project I ask multiple companies but their response and price is too high but luckily or just called miracle, I just found Lakeland and Derek the guy who I worked with, he’s is super duper person or other word (god gift) he’s is super honest and clear about job and he’s crews people ( mike and Josh ) really hard worker and honest, they can give all answers, you’re question. I recommend %200 this company and these people. Also concern about price, it’s also affordable, overall I don’t have words for appreciation but just go with them.
