All I can say is: I'm in heaven!! Mark Filwett - Lake County Geeks, rescued me once again, and I'm so grateful. I have a nice computer so I didn't want to spend the money to buy a new one after Microsoft phased out support for Windows 10. Mark made a house call, picked up my computer, downloaded Windows 11 (they said it couldn't be done), and brought my baby back home like a brand new computer! Can't say enough about Mark and Lake County Geeks. Mark sets the standard for customer service. Not only his professionalism, but his caring about his clients and their needs is outstanding (including house calls). I highly recommend Mark & company to all that are in need of this type service!
Mark was very easy to work with in cleaning up my laptop and making it work more efficiently. Also making sure my precious photos and videos remain safely accessible! Highly recommend if you need tech expert assistance. Just make sure Mark has his coffee! Lol
