We did have about 4 quotes from deck builders and no one was more knowledgeable or better priced than Brad . “vlad did quite alot of work at our home. was quick and took care of immediate needs allowing us to move in and had an extended team of contractors to offer for trades he isn't comfortable with like window repair. I would use vlad again and had hin come back for more projects later. vlad does have a strong personality (eastern European) at times but the work is good and he takes on most any challenge. he shows up, gives solid pricing, and works quick. have recommended to others who were happy. I always clean up after jobs when vlad comes but I am picky and prefer my way on that.“
