Very happy with the process and outcome. Paul was a straight shooter and transparent, which we appreciated. He also recommended a solution that no other vendor suggested, and we ultimately went that route. Pleasant process and good communication, would recommend.
Paul was excellent to work with. He was fast, fair priced, and efficient. Great communication throughout the entire process, and got our hardwood floors done in a few days. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.
Haven't had to buy carpet for 24 years. Read the reviews for Carpet Castle and after getting a few quotes from local places, went with Paul.
He was very helpful in making suggestions and he brought more samples when he came to measure. We went with one of his color recommendations and he helped us pick the right wood/carpet setup for the stairs.
