I had the pleasure of touring the facility with Jim walleck. It's clear that he REALLY cares about the kids and about providing the best staff and resources for everyone! the grounds are huge, and have so much to offer. the staff gets their hands dirty playing w the kids and getting down to their level. I saw nothing but smiling faces in the hours I spent there and would definitely recommend allendale to those in need.
I had an interview with Allendale and in the end decided not to make the jump to a new job. I made this decision because of the absolute clarity that James was able to provide. He did not sugar coat any part of the job. I really did appreciate the transparency. It was a long interview (2.5 hours) we went over scenarios and questions, then we spent some time with the kids.
