“Marty kept his appointment, came out to get an approximate measurement of the window to work up an estimate, which was provided in a timely manner and around what I expected to pay. Once accepted, John called to set up a time to come out and get an exact measurement. Another appointment kept. Then, Tuesday, Sep 2, 2025, , I got a call saying that the window was ready and asking if that Thursday would be good. John showed up on time, kept a clean worksite, respected our carpet, and cleaned up afterwards. And, most importantly, didn't trample our plants in front of the window being replaced. So far, I'm more than satisfied with the work. Of course, the test will be this winter.“

“Just had a new egress window installed my basement. Geronimo and his technician did a A+ job. They removed old rock and installed two bags of new rock, cleaned the outside and scraped the window frame and painted it with a rust oleum on the outside black and an inside white. The window turned out beautiful and it was done in a neat and timely manner. Also, I had a custom made cover for the outside of the well that fits perfect and let’s in sunlight. The window well cover is rated for 500 pounds and it’s very secure for safety. Next time you need a new window or cover, don’t hesitate to call Geronimo, you will be satisfied?“

Not a lot of companies seem to know how to properly handle the job. Not only did Fiji know their stuff but they were great about the entire process. The reps want your customers to use their products, but may not know all the specific needs of the client. It is a great plus to have the help of a designer because the process of making so many choices is often overwhelming. There are so many finishes too! You always have the option to choose differently or to tweak your choices. I could not have done it without Chris.
