Contacted Blue Ribbon to quote some large windows as a second opinion quote. Rich was awesome. He was able to quote in 2 days with good accuracy so we can decide what brand of window is best for us. We haven't moved forward with a purchase anywhere yet, but based on experience so far - highly recommend.

We had an excellent lexperience during during our visit while looking at Marvin windows. They were very helpful after visits with other ... they all felt like we were buying beds after the red tape of everyone dissing each other. Not the case here... excellent service and on top of things every step of the way. Love our Marvin windows after a year of having them installed. Big difference in the winter compared to our 1990s windows. I would highly recommend blue ribbon

From the initial estimate to installation and follow up service Blue Ribbon has exceeded expectations! We used them several years ago when remodeling our kitchen and again now when we decided to replace dated French doors with sliding doors. Our salesman Ken honored the estimate and explained every option in layman's terms. Installation was professional and completed in a timely manner. They sent out their tech, Mike on the very small issue we had and he did a great job. We totally are happy and highly recommend Blue Ribbon!!
