“First time I've been here I had to have a zipper replaced. Decent price, excellent customer service and it was done quick. Within a few weeks, some of the sewing came apart, which can happen. So I took them back, they did not charge me.Great customer service very apologetic.I highly recommend them.Theyre professional quick and such pleasant people”
“I brought my pinning ceremony dress here to have it altered. When I picked it up, I noticed the top was still bending outward and showing more than I was comfortable with. My ceremony was that same day, and this was the only dress I had, so I was really worried. She was so kind and understanding and fixed it for me right then. I was able to walk out with my dress ready for my ceremony. She truly saved my day and my dress! 🥹 I really appreciated how accommodating she was and that she made sure I was happy with the final result. I would definitely recommend her! ❤”
